Visual Sustainability and Brand Conservation Efforts

We love sitting down and looking back on some of the exciting projects we’ve done, especially when sustainability plays a large part.

A few years ago, we had the opportunity to work with Hurley on their latest idea, recycled sails. They wanted to create retail graphics using recycled materials to promote their new line of recycled clothes!

We were able to acquire the sails from local shipyards (yay supporting local businesses!) and print the coolest designs on them. The final product surprised us! The colors transferred so well to the recycled fabric.

Hurley is a leader in their industry and continues to focus their efforts in social responsibility and sustainability. In the past few years they have partnered with other organizations to reduce their carbon footprint.

Did you know?

More than 8 million tons of plastic is dumped into our oceans every year!

When we were presented with this idea, we knew it would be a challenge, but we NEVER SAY NO. We gladly joined Hurley efforts in preserving our environment. After testing the prints multiple times, we practiced installing with the adhesives, and matched the colors perfectly to the proofs.

We pride ourselves on our printing capabilities, but this allowed us to find the FUN in creating something new and sustainable.

At Super Color Digital, we love a challenge and you can expect us to always say “YES” to your out of the box ideas. We loved the recycled sails project, especially in this moment where sustainability is so important. We hope we can incorporate more recycled ideas onto our production floor.

Let’s work together on your next big visual idea! We are ready to tackle every idea you present us, and we promise to deliver nothing but the best.

let's talk

about your next project .
