Project Showcase: Fila at the US Open

At Super Color Digital we like to consider ourselves more than just a large format print shop. We like to think of ourselves as branding partners. Our goal is to provide visual solutions that reflect the ideals of your company while simultaneously improving visibility and awareness about your brand.

Recently we were given the opportunity to help with one of the biggest comebacks in the sport of tennis. The Italian founded Sportswear brand Fila made a triumphant return to the US Open. Fila was more than just the official sponsor for several of the top athletes competing at the US Open, but they also hosted an on-site retail shop at the Billie Jean King Center for the first time in two decades.

The Design firm HuxHux designed the store concept, which was a playful reinterpretation of tennis through the lens of Fila. Super Color Digital was tasked to create many eye-catching visuals for the classic brand’s new retail shop.

Below is a list of the different elements we used in this project:

– Rigid Print inserted in the clothing fixtures and show rack

– Custom Logo Benches

– Custom Acrylic Podiums with custom color special ordered tennis balls

– Outdoor Vinyl Logos and Pinstripe

– Indoor environmental vinyl graphics and logos

Our goal was to help HuxHux and Fila create a space where customers could connect with both brand and sport in a way that was playful and visually captivating. When it comes to retail, pop-up shops, and more, we help our client’s visions become a reality.

let's talk

about your next project .
